Ambareen Siraj currently serves as Program Director at the National Science Foundation since June 2022. As the Founder and Executive Board Member of Women in CyberSecurity since January 2012, Ambareen has contributed significantly to increasing female representation in the field. Ambareen held various academic positions at Tennessee Technological University from July 2006 to June 2022, including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor, along with directorship at CEROC. In 2016, Ambareen was a Fellow at New America. Ambareen earned a PhD in Computer Science from Mississippi State University between 1998 and 2006.
