Antony Digiovanni

Antony DiGiovanni has extensive experience in budget management and policy within federal institutions, currently serving as Deputy Division Director for the Budget Division at the National Science Foundation since June 2014. In this role, Antony oversees the development and execution of the NSF annual budget, engaging with the Office of Management and Budget and Congressional committees. Prior to this position, Antony was the Founding Budget Director and Congressional Strategist at the Advanced Research Projects Agency—Energy, where responsibilities included budget formulation and execution in a startup environment. Antony also held various budget and finance roles at the U.S. Department of Energy, contributing to key programs such as the Yucca Mountain project and policy initiatives. Antony's background includes congressional experience and policy advising, supported by a Master's degree from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
