Dave Riggs

Dave Riggs currently serves in the Office of the Chief Information Officer at the National Science Foundation since 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Principal at Nexus Street, LLC from 2017 to 2020, and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Powertek Corporation in 2015 to 2016. Dave Riggs also held the role of Senior Vice President of Government Services at Digicon Corporation from 2013 to 2015, and served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of both the Federal Civilian Business Unit and the Homeland Security Business Unit at QinetiQ from 2004 to 2013. Earlier in the career, Dave Riggs worked at GSA from 1999 to 2004 as Director of Enterprise Applications and Deputy CIO, and also as Deputy Director during the Presidential Transition. Dave Riggs holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Economics from Marshall University.
