Elizabeth Wilmer is currently serving as a Program Director for the Division of Mathematical Sciences at the National Science Foundation, a position held since August 2022, specializing as a rotating program officer for Probability. Simultaneously, Elizabeth has been a Professor and Chair of the Department of Mathematics at Oberlin College since July 1998. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Harvard University, obtained between 1992 and 1999, and an A.B. in Mathematics from Harvard University, earned from 1987 to 1991. Elizabeth's foundational education was completed at Stuyvesant High School, graduating in 1987.
