Juan Padilla

Juan Padilla boasts extensive experience in technology and strategy, currently serving as Principal Investigator and Grantee for AFWERX and the National Science Foundation, focusing on innovative research and development projects. In addition to these roles, Juan acts as Director of Strategy at Spotery and holds various entrepreneurial positions, including Batch 1 Entrepreneur at Parallel18 and INDY Accelerator, as well as Founder at The Founder Institute. A seasoned executive, Juan has been Chief Strategy Officer at Technology Partners, Inc. since 1998. Juan's early career includes roles at Cambridge Technology Partners, Halliburton, and Oracle. Juan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
