Mark McIntosh

Mark McIntosh serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Advisor for Government Affairs at NSTXL since September 2017, while also holding the position of CEO at SOURCE MOLECULAR CORPORATION since October 2018. McIntosh is a Co-Founder of Full Spectrum Power, established in September 2014, specializing in high-performance motorsports Lithium Ion batteries. Additionally, McIntosh played a pivotal role during the Trump Transition Team as the Confirmation Sherpa for the EPA and Council on Environmental Quality from November 2016 to January 2017, overseeing the confirmation of Cabinet nominees. Past experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for a U.S. House Representative, Managing Partner at Political Analytics Group, Policy Director for Jon Huntsman’s presidential campaign, Counsel at Boyden Gray & Associates, Deputy General Counsel at the White House/CEQ, and Vice President/Senior Counsel at The Pew Charitable Trusts. McIntosh earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and a Doctor of Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
