Vincent Gauthier

Vincent Gauthier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bilingual instructional design and case management. Currently serving as a Bilingual Senior Instructional Designer at National Shunt Service, Vincent has successfully converted numerous PowerPoint presentations to Storyline 360 and created interactive training modules in both English and French. As a Bilingual Case Manager at Bayshore HealthCare, Vincent provides critical support to physicians and patients while managing communication and follow-up tasks efficiently. Previous roles include Bilingual Technical Training Specialist at Black & McDonald Limited, where Vincent developed multiple French courses, and Bilingual Training Specialist at ATS Healthcare, where Vincent designed and updated a significant number of courses.
