John Harvey

John Harvey has been working as an Astronomer at the National Solar Observatory since March 1969. With over 50 years of experience in solar research, John has made significant contributions to the field, including discoveries related to magnetic fields and solar flares. Prior to their current role, John worked as a Graduate Assistant at the High Altitude Observatory and as a Research Assistant at Lockheed Martin. John holds a Ph.D. in Astro-Geophysics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
