Ralph Peterson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting from 1998, they served as a Mortarman in the United States Marine Corps until 2007. From 2005 to 2017, Peterson worked at Healthcare Services Group, initially as a District Manager and later as a Regional Director. In 2009, they became the host of The Housekeepers Podcast and continued until 2013. Peterson then had multiple roles at Ralph Peterson Management Services, including being a Management Development Consultant, Podcast Host, Housekeeping Management Trainer, and Cleaning Business Strategist. • Ralph also worked as a Columnist for "Talking Dirty with Ralph Peterson," a featured column in executive housekeeping magazines. In 2011, they started delivering Keynote speeches focused on management and leadership in the Long-Term Care industry. Peterson also held the position of Past President at the National Speakers Association NYC Chapter. In 2012, they became a Quality Award Senior Examiner/Team Leader at AHCA/NCAL. Currently, since 2017, Peterson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Core Fourteen. Additionally, they authored several books, including "The Good Manager: Being Great Is Overrated!" in 2020, "Congratulations! Now Get Over Yourself" in 2018, and "Managing When No One Wants To Work" in 2014.

Ralph Peterson earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University between the years 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their BS in Business Administration at Champlain College from 2003 to 2005. Ralph also holds a BS in US History from Campbell University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. In addition, they received an AA in Creative Writing from the Community College of Vermont from 1995 to 1998.
