Windy Bowen-Horn

Windy Bowen-Horn, BSN, RNBC-AMB, currently serves as the Executive Director of Nursing at National Spine & Pain Centers, where responsibilities include overseeing nursing care and collaborating with clinical managers and physicians to address staffing and operational challenges. Previously, Windy held roles such as Director of ASC Infection Control, Infection Control Nurse at The Brody School of Medicine, and Assistant Nurse Manager at Vidant Medical Center. With extensive experience in infection control policy development, staff management, and clinical operations, Windy has contributed to healthcare facilities including Blue Ridge Surgery Center and Rex Healthcare. Windy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University and an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Pitt Community College.
