Paul has a strong background in standards development, research, innovation, and emerging technologies, with experience at various organizations such as the National Standards Authority of Ireland, CEN and CENELEC, Science Foundation Ireland, ISO, Knowledge Transfer Ireland, Technological Higher Education Association, Dundalk Institute of Technology, Ibec, and Enterprise Ireland. Paul holds a Chartered Engineer degree from Engineers Ireland, an MBA in Business from Dublin City University, a Masters in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Galway.
