Korey Francis

Korey Francis is a Mechanical Design Engineer with a focused background in engineering, design, and acoustics. Currently serving as a Design Engineering Intern at National Steel Car Ltd since July 2020, Korey designs railcars while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory specifications. Previous experience includes a role as a Scientist at RWDI where noise and vibration challenges were addressed for diverse clients, and leadership positions at the Guelph Innovations Society, enhancing innovation and health and safety protocols within the organization. Korey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guelph and is furthering education with a Certificate in Robotics and Embedded Systems at Toronto Metropolitan University.
