Chas Kelley

Chas Kelley has extensive work experience in IT portfolio management, program management, and project management. Chas has held various leadership roles in different companies, overseeing the consolidation, governance, and reporting of project portfolios. Chas has experience managing third-party vendors and partners, as well as leading mission-critical initiatives. Chas has also successfully led cloud migration projects and completed enterprise projects for multi-million and multi-billion-dollar customers. Chas has a strong background in software development, integration, and technical support. Prior to their career in the tech industry, they served as a Counterintelligence Agent in the United States Army Reserve.

Chas Kelley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1991. In 2010-2011, they also obtained an Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, Chas holds various certifications such as the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager, Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe® 6 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. Chas is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute. Chas further acquired the Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification from Microsoft and has additional certifications in organizational transformation from the Project Management Institute.
