Kelsey Pearson Ma

Kelsey Pearson MA, NCC, currently serves as the Director of Operations and Associate Director of Educator Relations at the National Student Leadership Conference since June 2015, overseeing safety and communication with families of high school students. Previous experience includes roles as a Professional School Counselor for Alexandria City Public Schools and School Counselor for Loudoun County Public Schools, as well as extensive internships, totaling over 700 hours, in school counseling settings. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from The George Washington University, supplemented by a Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of Delaware. Additional roles span from a Resident Director at The George Washington University to various counseling and educational positions across several schools and organizations.
