Tracey Blackburn, EMPA, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in marketing strategy and public administration. Currently serving as a Federal Program Officer at the US Department of Commerce's NTIA since August 2022, Tracey previously held a position as a Senior Consultant at Eleven 11 Solutions, focusing on marketing strategy and project management for enterprise software organizations. An alumna of the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington, Tracey earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration, specializing in leadership and strategic management concepts.
