Marlene Sanders

Marlene Sanders is a seasoned professional in member relations and human resources, currently serving as the Member Relations Manager at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association since January 2015. Prior to this role, Marlene held the position of Human Resources Manager at Kansas Fiber Network, LLC from April 2012 to January 2015, and worked as an Account Manager at IMA, where responsibilities included developing employee benefit options for employers, from March 2011 to August 2012. Marlene began a career in human resources as a Generalist at SKT, serving from December 2000 to March 2011. Marlene earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Friends University between 1998 and 2002.
