John Brereton

John Brereton has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the General Manager People and Technology at National Transport Insurance since April 2000. Prior to this role, John was the National Human Resources Manager at ALH Group, where oversight of a decentralized team across five states involved strategic planning in multiple areas including employee relations and organizational development. Additionally, John contributed to academia as a Lecturer and A/Head of the School of Management and Marketing at Griffith University, where foundational work was undertaken to establish the Hospitality Degree. John holds an MBA from Bond University and a Bachelor of Business in Management and Human Resources from Queensland University of Technology.
