David Cleary

David Cleary is an experienced Project Delivery Lead and Technical Business Analyst at the National Treasury Management Agency since September 2016. Previously, David held the position of Senior Technical Business Analyst at Wipro from November 2015 to September 2016 and at AIB IT from July 1999 to September 2015, where responsibilities included leading agile development teams and designing solutions to address user requirements. David's earlier roles at AIB involved significant contributions to credit risk data management and integration of algorithmic systems, as well as development and maintenance of various banking applications using technologies such as SQL and Visual Basic. David obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing from the University of Limerick, completed in 1998.
