Helen O' Sullivan

Helen O' Sullivan is a seasoned financial system analyst with extensive experience at the National Treasury Management Agency since January 2013. Prior to this role, Helen O' Sullivan served as an IT Project Lead and Senior Systems Analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2000 to 2011. Helen O' Sullivan holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, both from Dublin City University, with degrees completed in 1999 and 1998, respectively.
