Rachel Schauweker

Rachel Schauweker recently joined the NTS team in the role of Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Schauweker’s responsibilities include overseeing all recruiting, retention, talent management, benefit and compensation activities.

Having worked in the energy services and industrial manufacturing industries for over 16 years, Ms. Schauweker has held various global executive leadership roles. Her strong suits include process continuous improvement, building a compelling employer value proposition, organizational development and inclusive talent management.

Most recently, Ms. Schauweker served as VP, Human Resources, for Crane ChemPharma and Energy, a global industrial manufacturing company with 2,500 employees across 16 countries and 35 sites. Her main areas of focus were leading the repositioning of three manufacturing facilities, driving succession management and career progression as well as implementing proactive recruiting strategies to build the candidate pipeline. Prior to joining Crane ChemPharma and Energy, Ms. Schauweker worked at Halliburton where she was the HR Senior Director of the Drilling and Evaluation Division (6 product service lines and 27,000 employees globally) and the Sr. Director of HR Operations where she led the global talent acquisition organization and HR shared service centers located in Panama, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and the US.

Ms. Schauweker earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. In her spare time, she enjoys international travel and cooking.
