Fraser Nelson

Fraser Nelson is the current Managing Director at National Trust for Local News. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director for Strategic Partnerships at the Sorenson Impact Center from January 2017 to March 2019. Fraser has also been the Founder and Executive Director of the Community Foundation of Utah from January 2007 to December 2014. In addition, they have held positions such as Founding Partner at "And Justice for All", Executive Director at Disability Law Center, and Co-Founder and Managing Director at National Trust for Local News.

Fraser Nelson has a BA in Political Science and Theirtory from Duke University, an MA in Human Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and is a Social Innovation Fellow at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Fraser also has a diploma from the Ethel Walker School.

Fraser Nelson reports to Elizabeth Hansen Shapiro, CEO. They work with and Lillian Ruiz - Managing Director.
