Jo Cooke FCG has extensive experience in governance, currently serving as Interim Secretary, Head of Governance, and Deputy Secretary at the National Trust since April 2006, an organization dedicated to preserving special places for everyone. Prior to this, Jo was the Company Secretary at Construction Youth Trust from 2005 to September 2021, focusing on supporting young individuals in overcoming barriers to enter the construction industry. Jo began a career at Wates Group as Assistant Company Secretary from 1988 to 2006. Jo holds a degree in Chartered Secretary and a Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice & Share Registration Practice from Kensington College of Business.
