Tom North

Tom North serves as the Membership Director at National Trust since May 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure at Waitrose & Partners from September 2007 to May 2019, where Tom held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of Customer Experience, Retail Change Manager, Branch Manager, and Department Manager. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Reading, completed between 2004 and 2007, and attended Millfield School from 2002 to 2004.
