Jawad Manzoor

Jawad Manzoor is an accomplished academic and researcher in computer science with extensive experience in higher education and industry. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Galway since January 2023, Jawad previously held positions as a Lecturer at Atlantic Technological University and Assistant Professor at Air University. Throughout a diverse career, Jawad has contributed significantly to cybersecurity research as a Co-Principal Investigator at the National Center for Cyber Security and has engaged in various roles from software development to leading teams at Trillium Information Security Systems and CA Technologies. Jawad's academic background includes dual PhDs in Computer Science from Université catholique de Louvain and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, complemented by multiple master's degrees and a BIT in Information Technology from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
