Weibiao Zhou

Weibiao Zhou serves as the Head of the Department of Food Science and Technology and Director of the Advanced Food Research Laboratory at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Research Institute (NUSRI). Additionally, Weibiao Zhou holds the position of Chief Research Scientist at NUSRI and serves as an Adjunct Scientist at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), specifically within the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering. With experience as a Visiting Professor at multiple institutions, including the Instituto de Agroquímica y Tecnología de Alimentos IATA CSIC, COFCO Corporation's Nutrition and Health Research Institute, and The University of Queensland, Weibiao Zhou has an extensive academic background. Weibiao Zhou obtained a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland and a Master of Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
