Astrid Xu

Astrid Xu is a PhD researcher specializing in Professional Human Being Behaviors at the National University of Uzbekistan since June 2020. Prior to this role, Astrid held the position of Senior Manager of International Affairs at Fudan University from April 2020 to April 2021, where responsibilities included setting recruitment targets and optimizing policies for international finance programs. Astrid also served as Manager of International Affairs at Shanghai Ocean University from March 2018 to April 2020, overseeing the recruitment and admission processes for international students. Earlier experience includes a position as Head of Research and International Executive Researcher at Douge International from June 2016 to February 2018. Astrid Xu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the National University of Uzbekistan, a Master's in Negotiation from IÉSEG School of Management, and Bachelor's degrees from Waseda University in International Relations and from Sciences Po in European Studies, along with an exchange experience at Sungkyunkwan University focused on Human Rights.
