Raymie Grundhoefer

Raymie Grundhoefer, Ph.D., serves as a Senior Core Part-Time Professor and Dissertation Chair at the School of Business and Economics at National University since August 2018, and has been an Adjunct Instructor in Education, Instructional Design, and Technology at American InterContinental University since August 2015. Raymie Grundhoefer has extensive experience in talent management and learning and development, having held various leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Quest Diagnostics and Trulieve. Notably, Raymie Grundhoefer managed an enterprise-wide Integrated Talent Management Roadmap for 55,000 employees at Quest Diagnostics and developed high-impact learning programs at Trulieve. Academically, Raymie Grundhoefer holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, supplemented with a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University.
