Traci Scott has a diverse work experience that spans several organizations and industries. Traci currently serves as the Vice President of Workforce Development at the National Urban League, where they lead the organization's Urban Tech Jobs Program, helping unemployed adults gain employment in the tech sector. Prior to this role, Traci had various positions at Covenant House, Chief, Middlechanger Consulting, New Jersey After 3, Inc, Foundations, Inc., and the South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (SoBRO), where they managed programs, developed partnerships, and secured funding. Traci also gained experience as a Fellow at the National Urban Fellows and as a Special Consultant at Indiana University. Traci's expertise lies in areas such as workforce development, education, strategic planning, and non-profit management.

Traci Scott's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Kenyon College. Traci studied Modern Languages and Literature and received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 1996. In 1994 and 1995, Traci participated in a Study Abroad program at the Russian University of Humanities, focusing on Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. In 2004 and 2005, they pursued further education at Baruch College, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree as a National Urban Fellow. Traci's most recent educational experience occurred in 2017 and 2018 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied Strategic Leadership and Management.
