Jessica Ballou Mai, Ap

Jessica Ballou, MAI, LEED AP has diverse work experience spanning several companies in the real estate industry. Jessica currently serves as the President of Capital Peak Aviation, a position they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, Jessica held the role of Vice President at National Valuation Consultants, Inc. starting in July 2018. Jessica also holds the esteemed MAI designation and worked as an appraiser at the same company since April 2005. Jessica further expanded their expertise at Altus Group, where they served as a Sr. Manager from June 2016 to February 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Director at PGIM Real Estate from March 2014 to June 2016. Before that, Jessica gained valuable experience at Principal Financial Group, primarily valuing pension funds and closely collaborating with local market participants. Finally, they worked as a Due Diligence Manager at Krause Gentle from January 2005 to March 2006.

Jessica Ballou, MAI, LEED AP pursued their undergraduate studies in Finance & Real Estate at the University of Northern Iowa from 2002 to 2004, earning their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Following a break, they returned to academia in 2016 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2016 and 2018.
