Gerry Mundt

Gerry Mundt, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gerry began their career as a Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co., where they gained experience in auditing public utilities and governmental entities. During their time there, they also participated in the firm's computer audit training program.

Mundt then joined U.S. Cellular Corp., where they held various positions, including Supervisor, Manager, and Director of External Reporting. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing financial statement disclosures, coordinating purchase price allocation for M&A activity, and leading annual impairment testing of intangible assets.

Gerry later worked at Midway Games as the Director of Financial Reporting, leading a team of professionals in conducting monthly accounting close activities and ensuring compliance with SEC and bankruptcy reporting requirements. Gerry also played a key role in the successful completion of the year-end accounting close and SEC reporting processes during the company's bankruptcy filing.

Mundt's most recent position was at National Van Lines, where they served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller. As the Vice President of Finance, they played a crucial role in the company's financial operations and decision-making. As Controller, they managed financial reporting and accounting functions.
