Zachary R.m. Outzen

Zachary R.M. Outzen serves as a Staff Attorney and Equal Justice Works Fellow at the National Veterans Legal Services Program, with a sponsorship from the Lavan-Harris Charitable Fund since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Symposium Editor and Assistant Symposium Editor for the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review, along with legal externships at the Richmond Public Defender's Office, Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic, and the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps. Zachary received a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, concentrating in Public Interest & Social Justice, and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a minor in Philosophy of Law from Christopher Newport University.
