David Thompson

David Thompson is an accomplished director with extensive experience in operations and sales leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Divisional Operations at National Veterinary Associates, Thompson previously held the position of Regional Operations Director at DaVita Inc., where notable achievements included being selected as a ‘National Speaker’ and mentoring other leaders. As Sales Development Director at CarMax, leadership facilitated significant sales improvements, including the successful opening of nine stores. With a foundational career at Best Buy, where Thompson rose from General Manager to Sales Manager, and earlier roles at Safeway and involvement in a political campaign, Thompson brings a diverse skill set complemented by an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Oregon State University.
