Amy Jantz

Amy Jantz, MBA, has extensive experience in the optical industry. Amy began their career at Lenscrafters, where they held various positions over a 16-year period, including Field Trainer, General Manager, Territory Recruiter, and Multi-Unit Leader. After their time at Lenscrafters, they joined Ycc International Corporation as General Manager of Operations. Since 2010, Amy has been with National Vision Inc., where they have held several leadership roles, including District Manager, Regional Vice President, Division Vice President, and VP of Store Optimization. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Store Optimization and Implementation, leading NVI brands in their efforts to enhance customer and associate relationships, improve access to care, and create a win-win environment for all parties involved. Amy's experience and expertise have contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Amy Jantz, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Amy also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Community Health Education from Eastern Washington University. In addition, Amy has completed the altMBA35 Udon Cohort program in Business from altMBA. Amy has additional certifications as an ABO Certified Optician from the American Board of Opticians and is licensed as an Optician in both Arizona (AZ Licensed Optician) and Washington State (WA State Licensed Optician).
