Brandi Heintz

Brandi Heintz began their work experience as a Recruiter at Focus of GA in 2005, where they sourced and screened candidates for various positions. Brandi also supported marketing efforts and identified staffing needs for existing clients. In 2012, they became the Director of Recruiting at Health Care for Life, a mobile optometry/podiatry company. In this role, they collaborated with schools to recruit future graduates and Alumni, and developed recruiting methods such as cold calling and email marketing campaigns. Brandi then joined Benevis in 2014 as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, where they stayed until 2019. Finally, in 2019, they became the Regional Recruiting Director, Optometrists at National Vision Inc.

Brandi Heintz obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia during the period of 2001 to 2004.
