Toni Krause

Toni Krause has extensive experience in the optical and retail industries, currently serving as the Regional Recruiting Director for Optometrists at National Vision Inc. since June 2013. Prior to this role, Toni held prominent positions such as District Manager at National Vision Inc., where honors included the District Manager of the Year in 2019 and the OD Collaborative Excellence Award in 2020. Toni’s earlier career includes the role of Store Manager at JCPenney, recognized with the Chairman's Award in 2010, and the Director of Operations at Dunes Eye and Vision Correction Centers, where responsibilities involved managing start-up operations in both optical and LASIK services. Additional roles include Senior Trainer at First Financial Bank USA and Regional Manager at Pearle Vision, noted for winning the Best Controllable Profit Award and managing operations across multiple states. Toni’s career began at MCI Corporation as a National Trainer, achieving multiple prestigious awards for training excellence. Educational credentials include degrees in Opticianry from the Community College of Aurora and additional qualifications from Moorehead University and Royal Optical.
