Walt Fleming

Walt Fleming has extensive experience in the optical retail industry, currently serving as the Director of Field Maintenance and Quality Assurance at National Vision, Inc. since June 2009. Previously, Walt held the position of Regional Manager at Luxottica Retail from 2005 to 2008. Walt's experience at Pearle Vision spans two decades, where Walt also served as Regional Manager from 1988 to 2008. Additionally, Walt was Regional Manager at Pearle Vision / Cole National from 1986 to 2006 and at Cole National from 1988 to 2002, demonstrating a strong background in regional management and quality assurance across multiple companies in the sector.
