Brendon "Coach B" Barclay serves as the Manager of Education and Engagement at the National Wildlife Federation since 2003, focusing on advancing school-based environmental education programs in Georgia. With extensive experience in youth development, Brendon has worked as a Team Building Facilitator and Adventure Life Coach since 2002, founding Sustaining Urban Villages to support educational institutions and community organizations. Additional roles include Employment Coach at CHRIS 180, Career Coach at Friends of Refugees, and various teaching positions, including Adjunct Faculty at Spelman College and Educator in DeKalb County School District. Brendon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Morehouse College, a certification from the Environmental Leadership Program, and has completed graduate studies in Educational Psychology at the University of Illinois Chicago.
