Jan Rog

Jan Rog is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Composition instructor at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City since August 2005. In addition, Jan has been an active member of the National Writing Project since June 2008, participating in initiatives such as Action Research and Professional Development. Jan previously co-advised the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society from July 2010 to May 2015, earning a certification in Leadership Development Studies in 2012. Jan's earlier roles include teaching ESL/EAP at both the UMKC Applied Language Institute and Donnelly College. Jan holds a Master's Degree in MATESL from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish from Rockhurst University, complemented by international study experiences in Spain.
