Abby Owens

Abby Owens is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Coordinator at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) since February 2023. Prior to this role, Abby held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at NYAP and worked as a Recruiter at InnoSource from June 2022 to February 2023. Abby began a career in community engagement as an Enrollment Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami Valley, where responsibilities included interviewing and assessing volunteer applicants, as well as matching volunteers with children to foster mentoring relationships. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology-Criminology from Ohio University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Sinclair Community College.
