Michelle Aleman, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Medical Coordinator at the National Youth Advocate Program, providing medical leadership for multiple foster care programs and mentoring a team of medical coordinators. Previous roles include Community Services Manager at NYAP, where Michelle established agreements with healthcare providers, and leadership positions at Balance 180 Gymnastics & Sports Academy, overseeing administrative procedures and fundraising efforts. Additional experience includes internships at Pace Center for Girls, Detroit Parent Network, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, focused on health education and community health needs assessments. Michelle holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences and a Bachelor of Public Health, both from the University of Florida.
