Danielle Lagemann

Danielle Lagemann's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Danielle has worked at Nationale-Nederlanden as a Project Lead NN Pensions Change&IT, where they are currently leading a project to improve the digital customer journey for pension schemes. Danielle has also held the position of Vice Chair of the NN L&P Works Council.

Prior to that, Danielle worked at Glencore Grain as a Business Analyst, where they were involved in an ERP upgrade project and delivered IT solutions for the finance and accounting team. Danielle also worked at Atos Consulting as a Senior Business Consultant in the financial services sector, where they supported the launch of an online investment platform and worked on operational risk management and integrated finance and risk processes projects at ABN AMRO.

Danielle's experience also includes working at Mediterranean Bank, where they developed and managed electronic banking solutions, and at ING, where they participated in the Operations Control program and conducted root cause analysis for process improvements. Danielle started their career with internships at Fleurplaza Europe B.V., focusing on communication, marketing, and sales, and at Natixis AM Luxembourg, where they worked on marketing plans and client services.
