Koen Beekmans

Koen Beekmans is an experienced manager at Nationale-Nederlanden since December 2016, overseeing the transition of Pension Services to an agile framework and managing operational teams in Helmond. Prior to this, Koen was the Business Lead for the integration of Delta Lloyd within Nationale-Nederlanden Pension Services, focusing on system unification and customer output. Koen's career began at Delta Lloyd in April 2004, where various leadership roles were held, including Team Manager for Corporate Clients. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management & Organization from TIAS School for Business and Society, alongside several certifications in Agile methodologies, WFT Pensioen, WFT Levensverzekeringen, Lean Green Belt, and HBO Middle Management.
