Magdalena Krajewska

Magdalena Krajewska has a diverse work experience in the field of HR consulting and management. Magdalena is currently working at Nationale-Nederlanden Polska as the Head of HR Center of Expertise, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Capital Development from 2022 to 2023 at the same company. Before joining Nationale-Nederlanden Polska, Magdalena worked as a Management Advisor at Independent Management Advisory from 2020 to 2022. At Korn Ferry, they held multiple roles, including Senior Principal/ Senior Director, Head of Consumer Market from 2016 to 2020, and Senior Consultant, Head of Retail & FMCG Sector from 2012 to 2016. Magdalena also worked as a Senior Consultant at Hay Group/ part of Korn Ferry for a brief period in 2010. Magdalena's earlier work experience includes roles at Hudson Global Resources, Poland, where they served as Talent Management Practice Leader from 2005 to 2010, and as a Learning & Development Coordinator from 2001 to 2002. Magdalena Krajewska obtained a Master of Arts degree in Psychology/Organizational Psychology from Warsaw University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry from Warsaw University, attending from 1995 to 2000. Currently, they are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Mergers & Acquisitions at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, starting in 2021.
