Wouter Lipsius

Wouter Lipsius has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Wouter began their career in 2005 as a Trainee Project Control at Fluor. Following that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ExperisNL from October 2006 to September 2008. In November 2008, they started their own company called Lipsius Recruitment, where they served as an Independent Recruitment Lead. Most recently, in September 2022, they joined Nationale-Nederlanden as a Recruitment Lead in Tech a.i.

Wouter Lipsius received a Bachelor's Degree in International Business & Management Studies from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Vituscollege from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained their VWO / A-Levels, focusing on subjects such as Dutch, English, Mathematics, Physics, Economy, and Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Wouter has acquired several certifications, including Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in 2021, and Introduction to Back-End Development from Meta in 2022. Wouter has also completed certifications in areas such as assessment interpretation, personality analysis, and programming with Python, among others. Moreover, they hold certificates in coastal navigation, first aid, open water diving, and VHF operation from various institutions.
