Andrik Eker

Andrik Eker has extensive experience in the field of information technology and data protection, currently serving as Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (Privacy Officer) at De Nationale ombudsman since January 2012. Prior to this role, Andrik held various positions including Senior Oracle Consultant and Senior Functioneel Ontwerper at Caesar Experts from December 2008 to June 2019, where involvement in developing modern business applications with Oracle Application Express was emphasized. Andrik also worked as Technology Manager EC Oracle and Kennisanalist at CAK from May 2010 to November 2011, contributing to the development of a new home care regulation system using Be Informed. Previous roles include Senior System Designer at Fortis ASR Verzekeringsgroep N.V. and multiple development positions at CAK-BZ and Datastream. Andrik holds a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfsinformatica from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1995 and 1997.
