Hillechien van Dijk is an experienced researcher and coach with a strong background in public service and law. Since August 2008, Hillechien has worked as a researcher at De Nationale ombudsman, focusing on citizen complaints regarding the government, aiming to restore relationships and foster understanding. Previous roles include coaching for the Rijksoverheid, teaching at Hogeschool IN Holland, and serving as a legislative officer and senior policy advisor across various ministries. Hillechien's educational background includes a Master's degree in criminal and administrative law from Rijksuniversiteit Leiden and a professional coaching certification from the Academie voor psychotherapie.
