Bert Vringer

Bert Vringer is a seasoned legal advisor specializing in environmental law and enforcement, currently serving as Sr juridisch adviseur handhaving omgevingsrecht at Gemeente Hilversum since October 2019, focusing on enforcement procedures related to the Wabo, Milieu, and Horeca. Vringer also contributes as a volunteer for Nationale Vereniging De Zonnebloem in Utrecht Stad since February 2011.
