Dirk Boom

Dirk Boom has extensive experience in various leadership and volunteer roles. Currently, Dirk serves as a member of the National Meeting and ICT Committee at Nationale Vereniging de Zonnebloem and as chairperson for Zonnebloem Vledder since October 2017. Since June 2017, Dirk has also led Boodschapper (blad Vledder e.o.) as chairperson, after serving as a location ambassador for SeniorWeb since May 2006, providing support and training in computer and social media usage. Dirk has held the position of chairperson at Stichting Naobuur since April 2014 and recently completed a tenure as chairperson of Museums Vledder. Dirk has retired from ABN AMRO Bank after years of service, actively engaging in various volunteer roles throughout the community. Dirk studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1970 to 1980.
