Veronica Maas

Veronica Maas has a diverse professional background that spans various roles in education, policy development, and social support. Currently, Veronica works at the Nationale Vereniging de Zonnebloem since April 2022, taking on diverse responsibilities. Previously, from June 2009 to April 2022, Veronica served as a Docent at Maastricht University and GGzE, educating medical students in psychiatry and patient communication. As a Coach inburgeraar for Vluchtelingenwerk West-Oost Brabant & Bommelerwaard from 2009 to 2020, Veronica supported refugees in their integration process. Additional experience includes organizing ecumenical light celebrations as a member of the Oeucemenische werkgroep in Valkenswaard and advocating for people with disabilities as part of the Platform Gehandicaptenbeleid Eindhoven. Earlier roles include case management for the Gemeente Eindhoven and policy work at GGzE and the Sociaal Fonds Schildersbedrijf. Veronica holds a Master in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, a Doctoraal in Nederlands Recht from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Propedeuse in Geneeskunde from Radboud University.
