Henry Johnson is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in consulting, patient safety, and clinical quality. Serving as Principal at Henry Johnson Healthcare Consulting LLC since 2015, Henry specializes in safety, risk, quality, and provider profiling for healthcare organizations. As Co-Chair of the Common Formats Expert Panel on Patient Safety at the National Quality Forum since 2007, Henry has played a critical role in reviewing safety event definitions and supporting Patient Safety Organizations.
